The anger caused by Zynga's decision to close YoVille turned to hope as another game company called Big Viking Games offered to buy YoVille, saving thousands of virtual avatars from digital death.
The offer was announced with a brief comment by Big Viking Games co-founder Greg Thomson.
Later on, Big Viking Games reached out to Zynga that did not comment on the offer.
In an informal email between YoVille player Jack and one of Zynga representatives, the Zynga official stated that they are considering all options that are "in the best interest of the game".
