Welcome to Yoville’s New York Poster Contest! We’re asking you to design the most creative NewYork City Poster you can come up with! Are you up for the challenge?
Here’s an example from a contest Cityville ran recently, to give you a better idea of what we’re looking for:
All entries must be posted by 24/08/2011 at 11:59 PM PST.
RULES & GUIDELINES
-You must include the Zynga Logo. Please right click and then click “save image as” and save it to your computer.
-You must also include the Yoville logo . Please right click and then click “save image as” and save it to your computer.
- Entries will be accepted from 22/08/2011 at 5:00 AM PST - to 24/08/2011 at 11:59 PM PST .
- Only ONE entry per person. Entry must be your own.
- Only ONE entry post per player. Please do not post more than once. Otherwise you will be disqualified! Spamming your entry will not be allowed.
- Once posted, entries cannot be modified or deleted.
- By entering, you will be indicating that Zynga has permission to announce your name if you are chosen as the winner.
- Once submitted, all entries become the sole property of Zynga
- NO Copying of other player’s entries or original artwork. This will not be tolerated. All designs must be created by you! Breaking this rule will receive an immediate disqualification as well.
- No insulting or making negative comments about other contest entries, this will not be allowed and may result in the disqualification of your entry.

- After all of the entries are gathered our team will announce our top choices and will let the players vote for their favorites!
HOW TO ENTER
-Create your NewYork City Poster through a computer program such as Paint, Photoshop, etc OR drawing or painting by hand and taking a digital picture of it.
-Your image dimensions should not exceed 400 x 700 pixels ( remember this is meant to be a rectangular Poster)
-Save your image as a JPEG or PNG on your computer.
- Host your image on a Free Hosting Image Website such as Photobucket , Smug Mug , Tiny Pic , etc.
- Upload your image to this thread.
The Top 10 entries will determined by the YoVille Ninja Team based on originality, appropriateness and creativity. They will then be presented in a survey for the community to vote for their top favorites. The YoVille Community will vote on their favorite YoVille NYC Poster and our five winners will be selected by popular vote.
Prizes:
All five winners will receive:
• 50 yocash each
• See their poster designs reproduced as wall art in stores
• Receive their winning design in the game
• And have their winning poster design feature as our App Profile Picture for One whole day!
